Submit prop firm payout proof
Most payout "proof" online is a dashboard screenshot, which proves nothing. We publish receipts: a confirmed transfer, a date, an amount and a method. Every verified submission moves that firm's payout evidence score.
1. Both dates + the receipt
When you requested it and when it actually landed, plus a processor, bank or on-chain confirmation. A request alone isn't proof.
2. We verify
We check the amount, the date and the method against what the firm publishes and against other reports.
3. It counts
Verified payouts appear below and feed the payout evidence score used across our rankings.

Submit your payout
Nothing is published until we've reviewed it. We never publish your email address, account ID or raw receipt files.
Weren't paid instead? File a payout complaint and we'll ask the firm for a response.
The prop trading industry has no audited payout reporting. Firms publish the totals they choose to publish, influencers post screenshots they were paid to post, and traders comparing firms are left guessing which withdrawals are real. A public register of verified receipts is the cheapest fix available: it does not require anyone's cooperation, only traders who are willing to show what landed in their account.
We separate evidence from claims deliberately. A dashboard showing an approved payout is a claim — it is a number inside the firm's own software and it can be reversed. A processor confirmation, a bank statement line or an on-chain transaction is evidence, because it exists outside the firm's control. That is the standard we hold submissions to, and it is why we ask for a file rather than a screenshot of a balance.
Submissions are pseudonymous by design. You pick a public alias; your email and account ID are stored privately so we can come back to you with questions, and they are never published or sold. Receipt files are held in private storage and are only opened by our review team — what appears on the site is your summary, the amount, the date and the payout method.
Volume matters more than any single receipt. One trader paid in three days tells you little; forty traders paid within a predictable window, across several months and several payout rails, tells you the firm's payout process actually works at scale. As reports accumulate per firm they update that firm's payout evidence score, and a firm whose reports stop arriving is a signal in itself.
What counts as payout proof
- ·Only completed transfers count: processor, bank or on-chain confirmation — never a dashboard balance.
- ·Each submission is reviewed manually before it appears; nothing auto-publishes.
- ·Amount, date and payout method are cross-checked against the firm's published terms and other reports.
- ·Receipt files stay in private storage; only the summary, amount, date and method are published.
- ·Recent reports are weighted more heavily than old ones in the payout evidence score.
- ·Reports that cannot be verified are declined rather than published with a caveat.
We are not a regulator and verification is best-effort. Treat this register as counterparty evidence, not a guarantee about your own withdrawal.
