What the table actually tells you
Price spread is wide: list prices run from $37 to $150 for what is, on paper, the same account size. Most of that gap closes once codes are applied — which is why the "with code" column is the one to compare, and why paying sticker price on a futures evaluation is rarely necessary.
The drawdown column matters more than the price. Of the 13 firms, 8 use end-of-day trailing drawdown, 4 trail intraday equity and 1 use a static floor. On a 50k account with intraday trailing, open profit you give back still drags the floor up — the most common way 50k accounts are lost. If you hold trades through swings, a slightly pricier end-of-day or static account is usually the cheaper one in practice.
Speed to first payout ranges from ~5 days (Funding Ticks) to ~14 days. Withdrawing on the first eligible cycle is the single best risk control in this industry: unpaid simulated profit is a claim, not money.
Why forex firms are not in this table
Forex firms price from a 10k–25k entry plan, and we have only verified their entry prices, not their 50k checkout prices. Rather than estimate them, we leave them out. For forex costs see the cheapest challenges list or each firm's fees page.
50k funded account FAQ
What is the cheapest 50k funded account?
Bulenox at about $5 with its public code (list $50). The median list price across the 13 futures firms we track is $59.
Which 50k account pays out fastest?
Funding Ticks: the first withdrawal becomes eligible around 5 days after funding, with a on-demand after 5 winning days cycle after that.
Which 50k futures accounts have no consistency rule?
Bulenox, TradeDay, Legends Trading, Take Profit Trader list no consistency rule on payouts in their current rulebook.
Is a 50k account better than 25k or 100k?
For most first attempts, yes. 50k is the size most futures firms price their entry plan on, so it is usually the cheapest per dollar of drawdown, and it allows 1–2 micro or mini contracts without breaching on normal volatility.
