What the offer actually is

Legends Trading's public offer is an evaluation product, not a deposit account. The fee buys access to a simulated account with a defined profit target and loss limit; clearing it converts you to a funded account paying up to 90% of simulated profit. The offer is a single-phase evaluation. You clear one profit target inside the loss buffer, then move to a funded account — no verification phase, no second fee.

Drawdown is the term that decides whether the offer is good value for your style. Legends Trading uses a trailing limit that only settles at the end of the session, so intraday spikes you never banked do not raise your stop-out floor. There is no consistency requirement gating withdrawals on the standard product.

Pricing ranges from roughly $59 at the cheap end up to several hundred dollars for the Elite tier and larger account sizes, with additional activation-fee considerations reported by some reviewers. Compare the total cost of the specific tier you want against competitors offering similar account sizes.

Is the offer worth it? The break-even maths

Take the 100k account as the reference. Modelled list price is $85. At a 90% split you keep $900 of every $1,000 in simulated profit, so the offer breaks even at roughly $95 of gross profit on the funded account — before you have earned anything.

Multiply that by your realistic pass rate. If you expect to clear the evaluation one time in three, the true cost of a funded 100k account is closer to $255, and break-even moves to about $285 in gross profit. That number, not the discount percentage, is the one to compare across firms.

The offer is only good value if you can survive the drawdown mechanic. On end-of-day trailing drawdown, the practical buffer on a 100k account is around 4% — treat that as your maximum campaign risk, not the number you trade up to.
